Cloud Production, which allows broadcasters to trade their traditional broadcast stack for a web- and cloud-/data centre-based application stack that enables remote and distributed production using standard internet connections and devices, such as smartphones.
FAST & VoD2Live Channels, which lets TV providers capitalize on the growth in FAST by creating a large number of linear channels in the OTT/HTTP (compressed) domain, rather than the broadcast (uncompressed) domain. Not only does this empower TV providers to create a high quantity of channels quickly and cost-effectively to attract viewers – and therefore, ad buyers – but it enables them to extend their reach into highly segmented audience pools and gain new revenue streams by monetizing existing content.
